At the moment, we do not have e-commerce, however using the tools available we are connected with our customers digitally through social media. All our Associates connect with customers through WhatsApp and Instagram where they have made, and are still making several appointment sales on a daily basis both in and out of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The initial benefit is that anyone can shop from the comfort of their home with peace of mind. The best part is that customers are in direct contact with an Associate who they have developed – or can develop – a rapport with, someone who knows their preferences and is able to offer a personalised shopping experience.

How will customers continue to receive Saks Fifth Avenue Bahrain’s exemplary service throughout this online platform?
Customers will continue to receive a personalised experience with a dedicated Associate attending to their needs and requirements. We make sure that the merchandise is delivered directly to our customers wherever they are, we can ship orders across the region and internationally unless restricted by further global developments.

Is there a gift wrap option and/or a gifting option?
We have a gift wrapping service all year round. Gift cards, gift sets and special occasion hampers are available too!

What is your return policy during this period?
Our return policy is 14 days from the date of purchase (as long as the product hasn’t been used or damaged and the receipt is presented). However, during the temporary closure of the mall and our store, the return policy will become effective from 9 April – the day we reopen our stores, for any purchases made during this period.

How up-to-date are the stock levels?
The current season, Spring/Summer 2020 collections have all been received and are available. We are committed to continue the delivery of the latest and trendiest collections and brands to our clients, therefore we are working with our partners to ensure the upcoming Fall/Winter 2020 collections will be in store on time.

Our Associates are available via phone and social media to assist all customers. We also have a specific Associate in charge of every department and they are available 24/7 to answer any requests. Additionally, our social media accounts are always active and we get back to all online queries immediately.
