Louis Vuitton presents LV Mirage, a capsule collection conceived for special occasions and moments of togetherness that span day to night. Highlight elegance, craftsmanship and modernity from each of the métiers, the selection spans ready-to-wear, leathergoods, shoes, accessories and fragrance. Across the collection, pieces can be assembled as total looks in a soft palette of burgundy, rose and gold that convey timeless style.
Bags are represented by iconic styles in distinctive animations. Key shapes for day include the Coussin BB and the Loop half-moon shoulder bag in Bordeaux varnished leather. The Cluny Mini and Alma BB are offered in natural beige Epi leather and also, along with the Twist West and Nano Alma, in Bordeaux Epi leather. Bags for evening are crafted with exquisite crystal details, whether the Capucines Flower Crown edged with monogram accents; the Twist West in beige Epi leather with sparkling lock hardware; or the Capucines Mini LV Mirage in light gold leather with all- over crystal embroideries that interpret the Monogram clover.
The ready-to-wear draws inspiration from the SS24 collection. Airy volumes combine polish and ease. Belted shirtdresses in varying lengths make a feminine statement while longer tiered skirts give off a subtle allure. Several pieces such as a classic shirt and a sculpted blouson boast the Monogram within a sumptuous overdyed silk toile. Decorative embroideries, meanwhile, add a festive touch. Separates such as drawstring trousers and relaxed tops shine softly in laminated silk knit and can be worn throughout the year.
Signature accents are heightened with the selection of shoes. Defined by a Monogram flower-inspired heel, the Blossom range of slingbacks and mules – including a new pointed mule – returns with fine embroidery on nude or black satin and in two heights. The Isala mule, recognizable for its cut-out LV Circle medallion, is surrounded by sparkling sequins in shades of gold and burgundy and is offered as both a flat style and a low heel.
A new line of fashion jewellery, Flower Crown, makes its debut as part of the capsule. Fresh and feminine, the hoops, a chunky necklace and a ring feature on openwork gold design embellished with pink rhinestones. Similarly, the LV Iconic Strass pieces are studded with pink rhinestones set within their curves. In contrasting Bordeaux and pale pink, the Buddy LV bracelets complement the everyday offer.
The Colour Blossom fine jewellery singles out the round and pointed flower motifs in gleaming green malachite, diamonds and mother of pearl, whether as layered pendants, stacked bracelets, paired studs or rings.
Among the accessories, a new BB bandeau interprets the Monogram flower in pale pink and burgundy silk for a burst of colour to accent a bag or wear around the wrist or neck. Luxurious textiles correspond with the season’s palette, from an all-new new bandeau embroidered with pearls to a shawl in a tonal jacquard that exudes a soft shimmer.
Enigmatic beauty is evoked in the Ombre Nomade fragrance with its rich notes of Assam Oud composed by master perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. A special travel case in Monogram vernic accompanies this eternally evocative scent.
The capsule is also on occasion to showcase the Latest Louis Vuitton audio product, the LV Nanogram, a portable speaker designed for seekers of new horizons. Adding a decidedly sporty outlook, the Tambour Street Diver combines traditional diving watch codes while featuring casual elegance. Finally, the trunk table clock is an exceptional creation comprised of a sophisticated clock housed within a Monogram canvas trunk – the true embodiment of Louis Vuitton’s DNA, mixing traditional functionality with a modern twist.
