Exclusive Swiss watch and jewellery manufacture Chopard introduced updates to several of its collections at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024.
ALPINE EAGLE 41 XP FROZEN SUMMIT
With Alpine Eagle, Chopard has created a contemporary sporty-chic collection featuring pure design and sophisticated mechanics. Today, with the Alpine Eagle 41 XP Frozen Summit, the collection welcomes a new model combining the maison’s watchmaking and jewellery expertise, and whose exceptional refinement has been saluted by the Poinçon de Genève. The 41mm-diameter case, as well as the entire dial, bezel, crown and integrated bracelet in ethical 18-carat white gold, are set with meticulously cut diamonds. This represented a significant challenge, taking the collection to a new jewellery peak and evoking the celestial beauty of stars reflected on glaciers. This true collector’s timepiece benefits from the watchmaking savoir-faire of Chopard Manufacture embodied in the ultra-thin L.U.C 96.41-L movement, with automatic winding via a micro-rotor ensuring a 65-hour power reserve.
ALPINE EAGLE 41 XP TT (TECH TITANIUM)
The Alpine Eagle collection now welcomes a new ultra-thin timepiece providing full visibility across the entire intricate mechanical workings of L.U.C Calibre 96.17-S. This movement measuring a mere 3.30 millimetres thick, featuring subtly openworked components in an elegant play on contrasting materials and finishes, showcases the finest expertise and innovation. The 41mm-diameter titanium case benefits from the extreme lightness of a metal boasting tried and tested resistance. Its optimal proportions and modernist design infuse this model with an undeniably technical character, while remaining faithful to the collection’s sporty look.
ALPINE EAGLE XL CHRONO
The collection is interpreting its flyback chronograph in a 44mm-diameter model entirely crafted in ethical 18-carat rose gold as well as in a case featuring the extreme lightness of grade five titanium, a metal known for its tried and tested sturdiness. Like the entire collection, this Alpine Eagle XL Chrono model with its 44mm-diameter case now framing a new ‘Rhône Blue’ dial colour, remains strongly inspired by the power of the eagle and the beauty of the Alps. The three patents for its Chopard 03.05-C chronometer-certified movement with flyback function testify to innovations enhancing its accuracy as well as its smooth handling. In line with the maison’s commitment to preserving the Alpine environment and its biodiversity, part of the proceeds from sales of this model will be donated to the Alpine Eagle Foundation.
ALPINE EAGLE 33 FROZEN
The collection welcomes a new Alpine Eagle Frozen model measuring 33 millimetres in diameter and combining the manufacture’s watchmaking expertise with its mastery of jewellery crafts. Inspired by the beauty of nature, this sparkling model evokes the fine frost flakes covering glaciers: the case, bezel, dial and integrated bracelet in ethical 18-carat gold are set with diamonds. Making no compromises in terms of technical expertise, it is equipped with the Chopard 09.01-C self-winding movement ensuring a 42-hour power reserve.
L.U.C XPS FOREST GREEN
The L.U.C XPS Forest Green celebrates the three core values of the L.U.C collection: technical performance, aesthetic refinement and a commitment to certified watchmaking. The all-new Forest Green sector-type dial boasts a fusion of vintage charm and modern watchmaking excellence. The 40-mm Lucent Steel case is both responsibly produced and well-proportioned for a wide variety of wrist sizes. The dial boasts traditional touches of Chopard design, from the case and lugs to the signature rhodium-plated Dauphine hands. The Chronometer inscription is visual recognition that the L.U.C 96.12-L calibre, housed in the L.U.C XPS Forest Green, meets the most stringent accuracy tests as performed by COSC (Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute).
L.U.C QUALITE FLEURIER
While maintaining a 39mm diameter and a mere 8.92mm thickness, the L.U.C Qualité Fleurier timepiece sees its historical design revisited through a new model fitted with resized lugs and crown, as well as an elegant and functional silver-toned monochrome sector-type dial. It is the first in the L.U.C Qualité Fleurier family to be crafted in Lucent Steel: Chopard’s alloy featuring exclusive properties and made with a recycling rate of at least 80%. Its L.U.C 96.09-L movement with chronometer-certified precision is equipped with Chopard Twin technology. Duly recognised by the Qualité Fleurier label of excellence, this chronometer pushes even further the limits of design as well as of certified craftsmanship and precision.
L.U.C FULL STRIKE
Following ‘Sound of Eternity’ limited editions in ethical gold, hardened steel, platinum and sapphire, Chopard has preserved the purity of sound of L.U.C Calibre 08.01-L by integrating this patented minute repeater mechanism with monobloc sapphire gongs into a 42.50mm-diameter case made of anthracite ceramicised titanium. Combining technical innovation with bold styling, this certified chronometer issued in a an exclusive 20-piece edition is the first in the Full Strike family to feature a dial whose verdigris shade has been subtly enhanced by meticulous finishing. It is honoured by the prestigious Poinçon de Genève quality hallmark.
HAPPY SPORT
Happy Sport is a timepiece for women who stride confidently towards their destiny. Since 1993, the vitality of this Chopard watchmaking icon has been staging a mesmerising show thanks to the mischievous choreography of the maison’s legendary dancing diamonds. With each passing season, the collection is regularly reinvented in an infinite palette of colours, confirming its playful character and its perpetual celebration of Joie de Vivre. Today, it welcomes a new 250-piece limited edition attired in luminous blue. Framed by a diamond-paved bezel, its silver-toned dials feature a finely guilloché centre enlivened by an exquisite ballet of aquamarines and dancing diamonds. Exuding a deliciously carefree mood, this subtly joyful touch extends to the colour of the strap and of the stone set on the crown. Magnificently demonstrating the workshops’ ability to blend watchmaking excellence with the art of jewellery-making, this Happy Sport model in Lucent Steel appears in the 33mm-diameter case defined by the golden ratio and beats to the rhythm of the Chopard 09.01-C self-winding movement with its 42-hour power reserve.
Available in a Lucent Steel case of 30mm or 36mm diameters with subtle touches of ethical rose gold, the Happy Sport is now adorned with an all-black look enhancing its glamorous charm and its sporty-chic spirit.

Stemming from the Maison’s historical expertise, jewellery watches are a legacy handed down from generation to generation, now expressed in all its glory through a model entirely paved with more than a thousand sapphires and diamonds. The gracefully symmetrical precious lacework of this veritable jewellery work of art involves the skilful orchestration of various gem sizes and shapes: a dialogue between nature, Haute Joaillerie and Haute Couture, through which a timeless jewel sculpts the allure of contemporary women.
IMPERIALE
Elegant, luxurious, accurate, feminine. An ode to the grand hours of imperial history. The eponymous collection stylishly combines the various skills of the maison’s artisans, mingling artistic crafts with horological prowess. The two new timepieces in the collection are no exception: at the heart of the 36mm-diameter cases in diamond-set ethical 18-carat rose or white gold beats the Chopard 96.17-C movement powering displays on two dainty mother-of-pearl and enamel marquetry dials.
L’HEURE DU DIAMANT
Embodying technical prowess and daring avant-garde design, the L’Heure du Diamant collection has stood the test of time. From its creation in 1969 to the models presented today, it has retained its true core: a pioneering modernity that has become timeless. The power of the original design is enhanced by three new timepieces featuring an in-house mechanical movement. An octagonal case – a first in the collection – adorned with crown setting; a supple gold bracelet inspired by a historical model; along with refined dials in mother-of-pearl or malachite: L’Heure du Diamant is infused with an ultra-contemporary yet resolutely vintage spirit.
L’HEURE DU DIAMANT
With L’Heure du Diamant, Chopard masterfully captures the beauty of diamonds. Acknowledged masters in the realm of jewellery watches, the artisans of the manufacture have orchestrated a meeting between contemporary design and the queen of precious stones. The collection is enriched by a 26mm-diameter jewellery watch in ethical gold, richly set with diamonds, adorned with dials in textured mother-of-pearl or malachite, fitted with a bark-style bracelet crafted from gold sculpted using an in-house technique. PRECIOUS LACE
Through the Precious Lace collection, Chopard has reinvented Haute Joaillerie with a powerful design based on ultra-feminine openwork motifs.
