IN THE NAME OF LOVE

Chopard have welcomed new designs to their beloved Happy Hearts collection.

Since its launch in 2009, the Happy Hearts collection combined the maison’s iconic dancing diamonds with the heart motif. The line is very dear to Caroline Scheufele, Chopard’s Artistic Director, and it offers a contemporary approach as the pieces can be worn alone or stacked thanks to their wide range of colours. The collection now welcomes a matching pendant and bangle set featuring a dainty heart in pink opal edged with diamonds and a larger mother-of-pearl pendant.

Following the trend for oversized jewellery, the pendant in ethical 18-carat rose gold features a large, reversible mother-of-pearl heart with a rose gold ‘C’ logo on its back and a small heart with a dancing diamond. The other pendant is also in ethical 18-carat rose gold, featuring a pink opal heart surrounded by diamonds and a small heart with a dancing diamond with a coordinating bangle.

Pink opal gemstones play the leading role in these new Happy Hearts additions. With a soft and delicate colour, the opal is mainly found in the Peruvian Andes. Regarded as a heart chakra stone in traditional Indian medicine, it is said to have soothing properties on emotional wounds, bringing a feeling of peace and serenity. It also stimulates imagination and creativity and encourages open-mindedness and self-acceptance. These powerful emblems naturally resonate with the Happy Hearts talismans.

Express your love this Valentine’s Day by gifting your significant other with these pieces.
