By Dana Al Ansari’s latest collection is called Grace, a fusion between elegant simplicity and unique inspiration. The new pieces have been created around the colours and beauty of peacocks.
The peacock symbolises self-expression, integrity, love, and pride translated onto clean silhouettes catering to the hot days of spring and summer. Flowy kaftans and two-piece sets with capes give a whimsical touch to the line. While statement details such as high collars and ruffles are fused with thick lines in contrasting shades, emphasising the splendour of simplicity.
The colour palette depicts nature at its best through shades of walnut, olive, forest, peacock blue and royal blue, blended with tones of amber and plum – an ode to the natural hues found in the peacock’s habitat.
