Gucci is expanding the Grip line with two new chronograph timepieces.
Together with the chronograph function, the tachymeter enables the wearer to measure the time it takes to cover one kilometer. This adds attitude and masculine style to the watch.
Both watches feature a 40mm case. Two windows on the dial indicate the hour and minute.
One edition showcases a steel case and bracelet. The chronograph function is introduced through a hand, which is finished with the Interlocking G motif.
The other edition brings together a steel case and a black rubber strap showing the Interlocking G symbol. A red dot, which moves around the edge of the dial, forms the chronograph function. The Grip chrono watches are water resistant to 30 meters.
The Grip watch is inspired by the world of skateboarding. Its name recalls the way the rider’s sneakers stick to the grip tape on a skateboard.
