LIGHTS, CAMERA, CHOPARD

Driven by Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele’s passion for cinema, Maison Chopard has been an official partner to the Cannes Film Festival since 1998, with nature serving as the main theme of this year’s Red Carpet Collection

Caroline Scheufele, Artistic Director and CoPresident of Chopard, looks to the beauty of nature to inspire the latest Red Carpet Collection, and it comes as no surprise – her love of nature is well-documented. The annual collection honours the historic partnership between the storied luxury brand and the Cannes Film Festival, which has been in place since 1998. This year, Caroline will unveil a jaw-dropping range of 73 treasures as part of the 13th collection, all of which celebrate the environment, along with its flora and fauna. There’s an owl jewellery watch featuring two dials surrounded by multicoloured sapphires forming the eyes of the nocturnal creature, an eagle necklace whose outstretched wings are paved entirely with diamonds, a clover necklace set with tsavorites, and orchid earrings featuring incredibly natural-looking sapphire petals and tsavorite buds. There’s also ginkgo earrings and a ring composed of pear-shaped emeralds, tsavorites, and yellow sapphires in shades evoking the foliage of this majestic tree, as well as a series of polar bear and panda diamond rings for the young at heart.
