Guerlain is well-known for its expertise in cosmetics. Its newest launch is dedicated to treating tresses: Abeille Royale Scalp & Hair Honey Bond Treatment.

We hear a lot about stress affecting our mental health, but when it comes to beauty, it appears in different forms, influencing skin and hair. With that in mind, Guerlain has applied its honey technology to create the new Abeille Royale Scalp & Hair Honey Bond Treatment.
On a daily basis, the hair fibre suffers from sun exposure, humidity, increased pollution, chemical treatments and the frequent use of heated devices. Keratin (which composes the hair’s core) and hydrogen bonds (which give it its stability and strength) are often impaired, and the hair fibre is weakened. Investing in products that act on protection and repair is the solution for a lush mane.
The Honey Bond Treatment incorporates Blackbee Honey Repair technology and the new Honey Bond-Protect Complex formula, specifically developed for this leave-in product to combat everyday aggressors and protect the keratin.
The Honey Bond-Protect Complex provides a double bandage-like effect for hair. In addition to repairing it, it also protects against the stressors mentioned above. Its formula contains royal jelly and Åland honey rich in cysteine, serine and glutamic acid, promoting a bond-building action deep in the cortex. It also includes an oat peptide that has demonstrated its protective efficacy on hydrogen bonds thanks to its peptide and glutamic acid content. The beeswax butter creates an invisible protective and smoothing film and phytoceramids are rich in fatty acids that nourish the hair.
This leave-in has been designed as a day cream. Its silky texture contains 93% naturally derived ingredients, leaving hair soft and light without a greasy finish. You can apply it daily to dry or damp hair before using heated styling tools or as a repair care.
