Xti is a Spanish footwear and accessories brand covering women, men and kids alike – something for all the family. The brand was established in 2003 and it exports to 60 countries. Since 2011 it also retails through 40 mono-brand stores in the main capital cities of Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ukraine, Costa Rica,Paraguay, Guatemala, Colombia, Mexico, Mauritius Islands, Tunisia, Morocco and, since last summer, it is also here in Qatar.
As an international expansion strategy, Xti attends the major international footwear exhibitions such as the prestigious Micam in Milan and Momad in Madrid. It markets each season by partnering with supermodels like Sara Sampaio, Alexandra Ambrosio and Irina Shayk, further elongating the versatility and grace of the designs.
At Ohlala, we wanted to know more about what makes this brand stand out from other footwear players and we are glad to witness the commitment the brand is showcasing, in order to adjust its assortment to the local market and the khaleeji in particular. Catering for a wide audience, the offer ranges from comfy flats, slip on, sneakers to dressy heels, boots, clutches and handbags. Not only does Xti offer a special line for the market but this particular line is designed and produced especially for Qatar. Meaning, the styles, colours, materials, heels’ height and the size assortment, are all brainstormed and put into practice at factory level. And still one can customize it’s own pair, all at a very commercial price point – definite bonus points!
So, we dare to say that Xti, through this “made to Qatar” line, is an affordable made-to measure (or made-to-feet) every woman’s dream!
Speaking about their decision to open their first store at Doha Festival City, Xti exclaimed “We know the market has a wide range of offerings and residents are well aware of it. We are shoe lovers and it came as a natural evolution for us to fill the gap of customisation and quality in this market by offering to Qatar an aspect that is not easy to find,” Xti continued that they “combined a footwear range that covers different lifestyles, different priorities and that is customised ahead, at the same price point. This is to say that one does not need to overspend to get an occasion pair of shoes customised. One gets her favourite styles, for the same price, already tailored to her.”
“Not only does Xti offer a special line for the market but this particular line is designed and produced especially for Qatar. “
